1. Acceptance and Scope
By using Hafizly (hafizly.app), you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the service. These terms govern the entire relationship between you and Hafizly. Our Privacy Policy forms an integral part of these terms.
2. Service Description
Hafizly is a web application that enables users to generate Quranic verses in their own voice through AI-powered voice cloning technology, practice recitation, and build a personal audio library. The service is provided for personal and religious purposes — Quran memorisation (Hifz), spiritual connection and family legacy. The service is not designed for commercial audio production.
3. Account Creation and Security
• You must provide accurate and current information during registration • You are responsible for the security of your account credentials • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account • If you become aware of unauthorised use, notify us immediately at admin@hafizly.app • Each user may create only one account • You must be 18 or older to hold an account; under-18s may not create an account in their own name • You may add your child's voice to your own account; doing so requires you to declare that you consent on their behalf as their parent or guardian, and that declaration is your responsibility
4. Payment and Cancellation
• Payments are processed through Paddle's secure infrastructure • Monthly and annual subscriptions remain active until the end of the current billing period • You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period • Partially used subscription periods are non-refundable • Current pricing and plan details are available at hafizly.app/pricing
5. Refund Policy
You can request a full refund within 7 days of purchase, no questions asked. We will not ask you to justify it. Email admin@hafizly.app. The refund is processed through Paddle and returns to your original payment method; depending on your bank it may take a few working days to appear. Once a refund is processed your premium access ends. Your voice profiles and generated recordings stay in your account under free-plan limits. After 7 days subscriptions are not refundable, but you can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the current billing period. If you were charged incorrectly (duplicate or wrong amount), contact admin@hafizly.app at any time and we will correct it promptly.
6. Voice Cloning — Permitted Use
You may use the voice cloning feature only under the following conditions: • You may only record your own voice or voices of individuals who have given explicit consent • The Individual plan allows 1 voice profile; the Pro plan allows up to 5 voice profiles on one account • Generated audio is for personal religious use only (Hifz, recitation, family legacy) • You may not offer generated audio to third parties for commercial purposes without permission • Using generated audio to impersonate, deceive or misrepresent anyone is strictly prohibited Voice data is biometric data. Violations of these terms may result in account suspension and legal action.
7. Prohibited Uses
The following are strictly prohibited: • Generating audio that distorts or misrepresents Quranic text • Using the service to produce content contrary to its religious and educational purpose • Cloning another person's voice without their explicit consent • Overloading or scraping the system with automated tools • Exploiting security vulnerabilities or attempting to hack the system • Attempting to access other users' data • Using the service for any unlawful purpose • Selling or distributing generated content commercially without permission
8. Intellectual Property
Yours: • Your voice recordings • Generated audio files (within the scope of personal use) • Your recitation practice history Hafizly's: • The Hafizly platform, application and technology • The Hafizly brand name, logo and design • The Quranic database and formatting infrastructure By using the service, you grant Hafizly a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to process your voice data solely for the purpose of providing the service.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
Hafizly is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee: • That the service will be uninterrupted or error-free • That generated audio will always have perfect pronunciation • That the service will always be compatible with a specific device or browser Hafizly shall not be liable for indirect damages arising from technical failures, data loss or third-party service interruptions. Our total liability shall not exceed the subscription fees you paid in the preceding 12 months.
10. Account Suspension and Termination
• Hafizly may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms without prior notice • Serious violations (voice fraud, system damage, etc.) result in immediate account closure • Upon account closure, your voice model and generated content will be deleted within 30 days • You may close your account at any time; this action is irreversible
11. Service Availability and Changes
Hafizly is a web application provided on an ongoing basis. We reserve the right to: • Modify, improve, or discontinue any feature with reasonable notice • Suspend the service temporarily for maintenance • Update pricing for new subscription periods (existing subscribers are notified in advance) We will make reasonable efforts to notify users before significant changes take effect.
12. Limitation of Liability and Indemnification
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hafizly shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the total fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. You agree to defend and hold harmless Hafizly and its team from any claims, damages, or costs (including legal fees) arising from your violation of these terms or misuse of the service.
13. Changes to These Terms
Hafizly may amend these terms with prior notice. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notification at least 7 days before taking effect. Continuing to use the service after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Istanbul courts and enforcement offices have jurisdiction over any disputes. For users residing in the European Union, rights under GDPR are reserved.
